DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium) is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) that contains a four-fold higher concentration of amino acid and vitamins, as well as additional supplementary components. DMEM is well suited for supporting the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell lines.
